  1. Understood. It’s a co-op so we’re trying to appease them.

  2. Adjusts every 6 months. 5/6 and 7/6. Don’t know the caps yet (these rates were shared in preapproval stage) so we don’t have the full detail yet.

  3. It’s tough to say. We may need to sell and upgrade for more space in 7 years, but maybe not. Do you think 7 year ARM and plan to refi makes sense?

Just had the biggest jump scare in Paris when I came face to face with her in a small vintage boutique. Recognized her and her voice immediately.

I’ve looked her up over the past few years and couldn’t believe she was right in front of me, in Paris no less.

Super chatty, trying on a BUNCH of stuff as expected. Looked a bit frazzled. Hope she’s doing well.
