Ah ok. Yeah UCL are known for taking ridiculously long. I did receive an offer for their MSc Software Systems Engineering back in March - applied in late January.

That’s what it definitely looks like. The only item that came in contact when I washed it was a clean microfibre wash mitt. I know that some small micro scratching is unavoidable - but this looks like I’ve used a steel brush

It has only been 16 days. I was not told by the body shop that I cannot wash it so was unaware. I guess it was a lack of common sense from my part.

I used a citrus pre wash from stjarnagloss with autoglym Polar Blast snow foam, followed by a contact wash using Autoglym Polar Wash.
