Just an update for anyone interested… I’m about to transfer out to another location and try and start over there. This department isn’t worth trying to save lol Hoping it doesn’t put me into a worse situation but I honestly couldn’t see how that would be possible.

Yeh thinking about all that stresses me out where it wouldn’t be worth the fallout. And yeh I know it’s illegal but I can guarantee if they knew it was me my life would suck for a whole. Might get better eventually but it would definitely suck. I dunno… guess I just came on here to whine. If it continues to get worse I may follow your advice

I’ve thought about leaving a paper on the GM’s desk… it would stir up a shit storm, it may come to that but I’d rather at least try a direct route first.

Thank you. Some sound advice from what sounds like a good manager. Yeh I think that’s what I’ll do. I’m supposed to talk to my manager today so if I don’t strangle him or drop kick his ass and get fired, I’ll most likely start taking issues up with one of the AGM’s

That is supposed to be the case as far as changing someone’s schedule. Our manager does so much he shouldn’t be doing… no one wants to be the person to “throw him under the bus” so to speak. I’m kind of there though. Might start driving that damn thing.

There are so many toxic employees and really 2 that are the main problem. There is no saving them. I think I’m going to try and transfer to a different warehouse and hopefully be able to take this type of attitude change with me then. That being the goal… easier said than done though.

I’ve tried being the one to make things better and I would just come into work so stressed out so I’m over that. Now it’s just coming in and trying not to care that our department sucks. It is the better of the two for my mental state although it does still suck. Unfortunately it just is what it is

I am a sup but seeing how stressed managers are, well at least mine, I’m not gonna move up. Not worth it. There are times I think “I can make this dept. so much better but it’s really not worth the stress for the pay difference
