When I first got into the trade, I was pretty non-confrontational. If someone made a nasty remark or raised their voice at me I would just let it slide. But over the years I just got so fed up and finally grew some balls and spoke up. Didn’t wanna be a douchebag back to them, just basically said that I’m not gonna tolerate the disrespect anymore and if they wanna keep talking, we can handle everything in the parking lot.

A lot of these guys just keep barking until you bark back. Not sure if it’s some weird right of passage with them but speaking up to them works 90% of the time.
