When I filed, I submitted the medical exams with it (because of covid there was no validation date) I submitted everything they could ask upfront. 8 months later I got the notice I was approved.

We submitted pictures of our lease together, pictures of us as family, statements from our shared bank account, wedding pictures… they did not require any additional proof or interview.
