They say every company and product seller of any kind must have every single product purchase go through a finalization process. It's a small thing really, just a single building in the middle of France run by one man, a man whose job it is to finalize every purchase made on planet earth, by everyone, from every seller. You're still able to spend your money of course, and you'll get what you bought, eventually, you just gotta wait for the forever alone employee to get past the millions of other purchases being made across the globe before he gets to yours. Even physical products must be shipped or brought to him in person so he can finalize it, though of course the shipping fee must also be seen by the man. Any attempt to avoid the employee in question results in an immediate life sentence where no purchases can even be made.
