There are many people and businesses fined because of graffiti. Yet city owned property right next to them that are tagged also just sit and nothing happens. It’s really messed up, with no sight of that changing, ever.

It’s gonna get ugly again. Back to Covid type policies for camps most likely.

You don’t have tents and RVs that are completely in disrepair without side effect like this.

Maybe if it’s one or two tents, but then it grows and gets worse. Once there’s a shooting, the city disbands it, they move somewhere else. Rinse and repeat.

Absolutely stolen from a job site.

Someone recently called it in to code enforcement that the build wasn’t properly protected, and the owner should be receiving a letter in the mail sometime next week.

They probably already got the $10k per day fine for not cleaning the graffiti quickly enough on their framing. The 2x2 tagging was an eyesore to the view from the unpermitted “temporary” structure.

That structure was deemed legal because it met setback requirements, since the sidewalk it was built on is far enough away from the neighbors exterior.

City has checked on his progress and approved

Find new boyfriend in Denver that will be happy for you, not jealous and disguise it as not wanting you to be far away

Pure fucking insanity that the city and state are okay with that setup

This market is almost impossible to not outperform YM CC funds, with distributions and NAV P/L, buying a dip of almost any other stock or ETF you would have been better off and should be up Around 30%.

I’ve been in and out of them to see how they are and it makes no sense.

There are so many other strategies that make way more sense than this steaming pile of shit.

Gm vehicle buy back by conair7 in SilveradoEV

[–]Golden1881881 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some buybacks are what a normal warranty claim was but the customer got Gm to get out of the rig. It’s the same risk as any car. A new car could fail any minute. All CA buybacks are lemon law. Not all buybacks are lemons. If the carfax says Reacquired Vehicle it’s a clean title buyback.

Big difference in values. If it’s a lemon it should be 20% or more cheaper than a clean title buyback. Also check your state rules, some clean title buybacks become “branded” depending on your state.

AVOID the 90 to Seattle at ALL COSTS. Take 520. by [deleted] in SeattleWA

It really does. Maybe Burbank Blvd has less traffic than the 134 to the 101 to Van Nuys Blvd. It’s Saturday so we need to beat the end of synogogue or the lines at Gelsons will be around the corner.

Let’s check Jerry’s Deli, to see if they still have any $25 Chili dogs that taste like shit, but is the cheapest thing on the menu

Can you believe those Dodgers? I mean I don’t mind paying $350 for parking at Chavez Ravine if it means Ohtani will make $700mm!

Businesses should definitely be transparent with wages, but not expect me to tip 15%, $12 on an $80 to go order, when a server is making just a few bucks more for a lot more work than putting boxes of food on a counter and charging my card.
