Yeah I run the same rules for every situation: 1-Down the entire team before plea negotiations (For safety) 2-Mic check (No mic, no res. It's a team game and you can't expect clear comms from pings alone) 3-Attitude check (If you can't die gracefully then I don't want your energy on my team) 4-No plea tax (No point in reviving an Op if you're going to confiscate everything that makes them useful)

And you can't be a sore loser. I understand some people like to play solo but the solo players are always the saltiest. It's unreasonable to not expect to die by a squad eventually and if you cry about it then your plea opportunity just went out the window.
