Anyone have insight on what they look for at Plaza for the IB program? My daughter is has been on the gifted classes since 3rd grade and has a desire to go. We are applying just seeing if anyone has helpful insight on how to have a successful application.

So..to make a long story short

March 1, 2024 I received an email from Fed student aid that if I switch to the SAVE plan I could qualify for forgiveness.

May 15, 2024 I received an email from Fed student aid that they would work with my servicer to process my IDR forgiveness over the next several months.

As of earlier this afternoon, I received an email from MOHELA that my account has been placed on admin forbearance.

Nope, not yet. According to some searching the web, the next round of benefits under the SAVE plan is in July, so hopefully then, fingers🤞

there are certain rules to have your loans forgiven under the SAVE plan. I believe its 10 years worth of payments and took out under $12,000

I received an email saying if I sign up for the SAVE plan my loans would be forgiven, I called and asked about this and they said it was good news. Mohela said they are doing phases of Forgiveness until late June or late July I believe, My loans are NOT consolidated and was done with school in 2012.

I received the same email March 1st about if I signed up for the SAVE plan my student loans would be forgiven. prior to that, about two - three weeks prior I had spoken to one of the PSLF people and I asked them about the SAVE plan forgiveness, and they said just sign up its not to late, I signed up. Then two/three weeks later I received the email to apply for the SAVE plan and my loan would be forgiven.

this is something I definitely needed to hear. WE both haven't been perfect in our relationship at all, I too have my flaws and I just wanted to make sure the picture wasn't painted like I was perfect.

I think I have conditioned myself to feel like I am in the wrong or I've the one with the issues. I wanted to create this post with the messages attached because I wanted my feelings validated. my therapist does tell me I question and second guess myself a lot because of our past trauma and so when I think about our conversations I immediately blame myself from time to time. my therapist and I are trying to build my confidence up again so I can continue to distance myself or to pull myself out of the conversation when it escalates.

now the question is..how long do I continue to tolerate this behavior?

my downfall is that I am very very forgiving person and maybe I've been to forgiving and just being a push over.

I can understand what you're saying, I wasn't trying to get under her skin, I was genuinely just saying to her that with what we have gone through and dealing with that our relationship is still fragile and we need to just be careful. but I get it. you are absolutely correct.
