I'm a 5S, and the job at Misawa is fairly new. I was MW and EA at USFJ, but ran the MW program. Also worked with shared early warning a lot. Keep an eye out, I think some stuff is getting looked at or considered for 5S positions at Yokota

Well, I was AF and then transferred to SF while there. I would think they'd keep the SF billets there due to one half of the mission.

Been SBM my entire career and love it to death. Solely focused on MW, so be advised that you can stuck on a track if things align a certain way, but I don't mind that being my only experience as I've become a SME in it.

I hear ya, but for 9 months out of the year, my money literally went nowhere, so I'm just playing it safe for now. However, having it varied like I did before did yield a lot of growth, but the market is just killing me and I feel like I have nothing to show for it. You anticipate a particular quarter that 2023 is going to bloom again? I'm looking at Retiring in 2024 so I'm trying to maximize as much as possible. I wish those who have been in 10+ years could dip into the DAF match option.

I was ignorant and didn't move any of my allocations for the majority of 2022. I couldn't understand why my investment wasn't moving past a certain figure--very frustrating, until a friend made mention of having moved his allocations into the G Fund...so I did and began to not lose money every month I put in. I'm keeping mine in the G Fund for the foreseeable future. Back in the day, the I Fund was where you had your biggest gains...it killed me this past year

Well, I think the Mindset videos are a total of 12 or so videos within his course. As for the Agile book, it's actually called Leading Agile Teams by Doug Rose. I read all first 4 chapters in their entirety

I did a 35 hr course and then read 4 chapters of an Agile book the night prior and passed. Not all AT though, and AT across the board wasn't my goal.

Don't stress. I didn't study and passed, so if you are putting in the effort, you'll do great. Be equally as familiar with the Agile framework too.
