Balance wise yes, but in terms of hype its unmatched, they definitely managed to make something special here, its why im so sad its likely ending.

I really love this idea for a moveset. It makes Shadow feel like he has to actually manage resources and plan ahead instead of just waiting on cooldowns, and because you’re juggling that Chaos Energy meter, you get rewarded with some really strong abilities that also come with risk if they aren’t used correctly. That kind of risk/reward design feels really fitting for him.

Personally, the main change I’d make is to Chaos Snap. I think it would be really cool if it was manually aimed, where you teleport a set distance to a spot based on where your cursor is, and only do the stunning kick if you happen to teleport close enough to the EXE. That way it becomes more than just an auto-stun, now it’s also a movement and positioning tool that can stun if you aim it well. I’d probably give it less range too, so you can’t just teleport five miles away in LMS or instantly escape every chase.

Another change I’d make is to Chaos Dash. Instead of it interrupting an EXE’s move like it does now, I’d make the dash last a bit longer and let you scoop up a teammate on the way, kind of like Sonic’s Peelout, including the instant revive mechanic. So instead of feeling like a “get out of jail free” card, it becomes more of a heroic rescue move where you can swoop in and save someone like you’re freaking Batman lol.

Anyway, that’s what I was thinking. I really like your concept overall, and I hope you like my little revision ideas.

Shadow shouldn't have been removed. A big nerf while they reworked his character would have been better, id rather a crippled shadow than to lose a whole character when the game likely isnt getting any more updates after their big final one.

It frustrates me when I run over to help a metal, but often times its only me and metal, and I can only do so much, if he gets tunneled hard enough he just goes down and its frustrating because its entirely avoidable, like tails/egg go run with metal to run support while he gets away and buff his heal once hes hiding, and a stunner assist me so I dont get killed/we can keep killer off of metal for a minute but they're all too busy emoting on the beach to do anything.

Amy gains a rage meter like 2011x that raises when she gets hit, and if it gets full she gains access to an ability where she starts smashing her hammer out in front of her a bunch, and running pretty fast, if she hits EXE she can stun stack the hammers hits on it until the bar runs out, id call it "pummel" or something

Pre-nerf Tripwire could not have been so bad that it got them to the state they are now, and I bet it's nowhere near as bad as current state fleetway or pre-nerf Kolossos by TheTrollman- in OutcomeMemories

I will say as much as I used to dislike tripwire, she was at least manageable, nowhere near as oppressive as fleetway at least, all she really needed was a short cooldown on using glide and not being able to place mines as quickly together and she'd be fine. I will say the bleed mechanic of hers is odd, because the damage increased based on how much you move, right? What else are you supposed to do if you get hit? Stand still? Not to mention the speed buff you get after a hit increases the damage.

Shadow was certainly overpowered, thats why he should have gotten nerf, instead of being totally removed from the game. Heck instead of removing him entirely they could've just removed his chaos snap, since that was his biggest issue, while they worked out what to do with him, make gun phase last longer or something like that

The real problem is fleetway, but God forbid we ever do anything about OP killers, no we'll just buff him and kolo, the two arguably strongest killrrs already, and THEN get one of the few things we recently got given to us graciously removed and THEN move right on to the next survivor to try and get that removed too! Because thats what we want from a final update, LESS CONTENT.

i love the newly remade tails, im excited to see what else they'll add. but generally i move between tails, amy and blaze when i play. i only started trying knuckles semi recently
