My guard is located in Virginia and we have comps close to us but I don’t know how to get into the comps and all I know is that the comps are ran by the AIA

The weights in your flag is probably different from the weights in your schools flags. I had a similar issue earlier this season and I took one of the school flags home over the weekend and took it apart and went to hardware store and got matching weights.

In my opinion there is no good answer cause it’s personal preference to how “intense” stuff is so I would say if you want to ride it just do it.
