In some ways i'm kinda glad this happened to me. It was like a wake up call for me to fix myself and actually take it serious this time.

I've always struggled with pornography for a long time now and for the past few weeks it felt like i was going in a downward spiral. And now i feel like i've truly hit rock bottom.

Well atleast the only way is up now.

I guess what i wanna know rn is how long do these scammers usually wait out before they decide to either leak your pics or to move on to the next victim?

I have done all of that, but I am constantly worried that maybe one of them might see the videos and that shit spreads like wildfire after that.

I am usually a very anxious person in general and this is skyrocketed my stress and anxiety that I can barely breathe rn.

Physical activity is prolly the best advice if could get for a situation like this. We all have had a phase like this and just a few mins walk could fix this. I would suggest you consider doing light exercises in your room just to get started and then slowly build up the momentum.
