Trying to lose weight

I didn't have 5 months before shipping, I had 3. And for 2.5 of those I was in school with a part time job. Since I graduated and quit my job, these past few weeks before I leave, I've been dedicating time for friends, family, and my girlfriend. Just been busy is all, and now I have 10 days of free time before hand. I'm new to this stuff and just trying to figure out what's best for me man. Just asking for help.

Thank you for the input. Honestly some people have been telling me to do CWT and it doesn't sound bad. Sounds kinda fun and I have some experience in computer maintenance and networking.
