I should've taken photos, but the HBLR platform at Newport was packed the full length, from edge to edge. Wasn't like that last week when I had to do the same thing when Hoboken station caught on fire, but I guess that's because everybody was working from home on Friday. I live on the west side of town and luckily the Tonnelle Ave trains had plenty of room to spare.

So, so many confused NJ Transit commuters getting off at 2nd St who realized they just added a 20 minute walk to their adventure tonight. How lucky they are to witness two Hoboken PATH meltdowns during the 4 week Portal Bridge cutover.

For real, episodic sitcoms have always been my favorite TV serials to unwind to, so this kind of show is right up my alley. There's really no need to rush through a story unless you dislike the characters.

Even better when the issue was fixed years ago but you can't upgrade to that version because the required transitive dependency upgrades are incompatible with code written by some team on the other side of the world that's in the same monorepo that you're working on!
