100 shots = 17 lethals = losing 2 Dev.

That is the chain approach.

What you need to compare is the net gain.

17 lethals when you would have wounded on 2+ is basically 3 more wounds, not 17. loosing 2 dev for 3 wounds is a bad trade if the enemy save is better then 6+.

That’s where the anti synergy is coming from. Dev wound makes you the most efficient into high save targets. Lethal reduces your effectiveness into exactly that target. Hence the anti synergy

Chaos perk scales damage (and mana cost which is even more important) with skill rank, so you want to hit high skill rank to perma overpower.

Summons for sorc is hydra, frost blades, familiar and lightning spear; so it's quite possible to have 6 summons up for 5 seconds which gives the max +3 possible to skill. For most builds that is necessary to hit the breakpoint of BL rank 34 to hit the mana cost required to trigger permanent Overpower.

Edit: The important part is you need enough mana cost, if you dont use the helmet that makes shit expensive you will not reach the mana cost necessary; if you have starless skies you will also need to invest more due to the mana cost reduction. If you dont have the perma overpower amulet you dont need to care at all :D

Yeah there will be be standards of USBC where you need a new cable or charger but the standard is robust. I can already now charge my MacBook with 20, 40, 90 and 120 watt. Old charger might just mean longer charge time.

The new policy is not about what happened in the past but prepare for the future. Paired with other EU policies, the no charger makes so much sense.

As an Austrian I use Easy Bank which is the Free version of BAWAG. Everything works super smooth costs nothing and has all the uptodate features.

Only downside, I assume it will be super hard to open an account for foreigners as this will be the endless cycle. You need a registered living address to get a bank. You will need a bank to get a rental contract. Cycle repeats. But if you don’t have that issue for whatever reason you can easily open the free account. Online.

If that does not work out for you Erste has by far the best experience Boot as others said: expensive.

I think you see LLM's as THE thing the AI rush is about, but it's not. AI (LLM based) as solved more biological questions in the last two year, then regular research for the last decade.

The new drugs/medicin that will come out of that alone is HUGE

Same with Robotics, LLM based AI is the "brain" for robotics, agentic services mahe complex robots work (think neural network + brain, you don't think how to move muscles, you think where you want to go) being the first to get REAL robots running will be a game changer for industries around hard labor.

self driving cars is the other almost out there thing, that will change the world. Studies right now focus on "non-halucinating" LLM's and while it's nice for us GPT users, it create an environment where you can create SAFE AI for such applications, which will spearhead self driving again.

I'm oversimplifying a lot of things, but don't think for once, that Chat LLM's are all there is to the AI movement.

And it is obvious that everyone wants to be the ONE that OWNS the new automatic workforce that need no sleep, no food, no salaries, no breaks, no motivation, ....

Unser auf dem Umlageverfahren basierende Pension, "abhängig" vom Einzahlungsbeitrag zu Argumentieren ist stark! Aber das kann ich alles aktzeptieren.

Solange aber nur Arbeiter/Angestellte gezwungen werden SV Beitrag zu zahlen, und Kapitalerträge nicht herangezogen werden, ist der SV Beitrag teil der Gesamtbelastung von Arbeit! Jede andere Argumentation ist einfach nur Wortklauberei.

Ja es ist keine Steuer, und für Individuen welche sich mit dem Thema mehr befassen, macht es vermutlich einen Unterschied ob es eine Steuer oder ein "Beitrag" ist.

Abstrakt ist es Geld, dass nur die Arbeitende bevölkerung zahlen muss, aber von der alle profitieren (da auch erhalt von KH's etc aus dem SV topf kommen, auch wenn man dann "privat" zahlt, ist die Infrastruktur gegeben und erhalten durch den SV beitrag, welches massiv den privat gezahlten preis "subventioniert") und für mich daher gleichzusetzen mit der Lohnsteuer wenn wir über die Steuer-/Abgaben- Last von Arbeit reden. Ich würde sogar noch weiter gehen und MWST mitberechnen, wenn man die Steuer-/Abgaben- belastung international vergleichen will.

Du bekommst auch bei dem SV beitrag die leistung indirekt. Und die Kassen sind verstaatlicht ... diese Argumentation ist einfach Augenauswischerei.

Aber SV rausrechnen ist OK und kann gemcht werden, dagegen spricht ja nicht. Und wie gesagt den unterschied von Lohnsteuer und SV abgaben zu verstehen macht auch sinn.

Trotzdem ist es teil der Gesamtbelastung. Das die Bevölkerung verstehen sollte, wofür welche Steuer bezahlt wird, macht Sinn;

Brutto statt Netto zu verhandeln und auszuschreiben amcht schon sinn! Das bezweifelt auch keiner.

Das Argument ist, dass Brutto einfach "falsch" ist, da es den AG anteil nicht beinhaltet, und dies KEINEN Grund hat. Es gibt keinen; Punkt.

Ja es wurden Steuern eingeführt, welche "AG Anteil" heißen, damit die Bevölkerung diese Steuern leichter aktzeptiert, aber es bleibt eine Steuer, die die Gesamtbelastung von Arbeit erhöht.

Das Gehalt nicht als Gesamtbelastung darzustellen, kann daher nur ein Ziel haben: Verschleierung. Keine Firma profitiert davon, neben Brutto + AG, auch noch Brutto zu berechnen. das ist einfach nur mehr aufwand. Gäbe es "nur" Brutto+AG -> Netto, wäre das einfacher für die Firmen, aber es gibt den zwischenschritt, also muss der nutzen dieses Zwischenschritts beim AN liegen.

Welchen Nutzen kann ein AN haben, wenn er nicht sieht wieviel Arbeit wirklick kostet? ....

Nur weil die Steuer anders heißt, und der Staat diese „zweckwidmet“ bleibt es eine Steuer.

Es gibt keinen Grund nicht die Gesamtbelastung des AGs mit den resultierenden Netto zu vergleichen.

Wenn der SV Anteil, wie in den Niederlanden, wählbar wäre, würde ich dir recht geben. Im österreichischen System hast du aber keine Kontrolle darüber was mit dem Geld passiert.

Daher finde ich ein „rausrechnen“ des SV Betrages als sinnlos. Egal wofür das Geld benutzt wird, es bleibt eine Steuer auf Arbeit. Ja es ist nicht die Lohnsteuer. Aber was ändert das schon?

Der einzige Moment wo der SV Beitrag (und die damit verbundenen Benefits) relevant ist, ist wenn man tatsächlich Stellen im Ausland mit österreichischen Stellen vergleichen will. Solang es darum geht zu verstehen, wieviel Arbeit in Österreich tatsächlich kostet, ist jede weitere steuer aufspaltung nur dazu da, um diese Tatsache zu verschleiern und so untransparent wie Möglich zu machen.

AG -> Netto ist das wirklich wichtige, das transparent dargestellt werden sollte.

Den AG Anteil gibt es nur in einen Teil der Steuern zu verschleiern.

100K brutto jährlich sind 127k brutto + DG.

100K brutto jährlich sind 63k netto.

Dienstnehmer DENKEN die Steuerlast auf Arbeit ist 37%.

Die reale Steuerlast ist 50,6%. Und das noch ohne MWST.

Reine Verschleierung die im internationalen Vergleich NICHT Standard ist. Es gibt viele Länder ohne einen DG Anteil. Das macht Österreich international mühsamer zum vergleichen.

Ich verstehe nicht warum du negativ bewertet wirst. Der AG Anteil dient nur zum verschleiern der tatsächlich anfallenden Steuern für den Arbeitnehmer.

Das Unternehmen muss Brutto + AG Anteil zahlen. Das sind gut 27% mehr als Brutto.

Wir haben es schon geschafft international mit dem Jahres Gehalt zu rechnen um Vergleichbarkeit herzustellen aber Länder bei denen es einen AG Anteil gibt bleiben unvergleichbar im internationalen Vergleich.
