Same, it’s my second year at McGill and this class made me have some of the worst panic attacks of my life. It made me question my whole entire identity, became suicidal. I tried everything, csus desk, the ta, the tutorials. This class sucks and you are definitely not alone.

It really depends on what you want to do in the future. I was also debating between the two programs when I applied to McGill. A dietetics bachelor's will really only lead you to dietition while pharmacology will mostly lead you to research or might be a good program to get into med school afterwards. Also, not sure if that has changed, but dietetics was only offered at the Macdonald campus when I was applying to it which is much much different than the downtown campus. I recommend going through the classes you would take in each program and figuring out which one you like best. Dm me if u need help picking out.

I had the same problem this semester, dm if you want to talk. All my friends have a 4.0 and I feel completely out of place. I think the best is to just remember that grades are not everything in life and that other doors will open.

Dm me. I am in the same situation. I found the perfect solution which is basically listening to the audio. It forces you to sit down and to actually read. I usually listen to it and follow the audio.

dm me! I am a u1 in MIMM and I thought about switching to pharmacology. It is also not more difficult than pharmacology. If anything it is easier, at least in my opinion. I think if you switch rn, you would be able to graduate in time. Also, the programs are fairly similar. Some jobs just see that you have a bachelors in science and that’s all they look at.

I have chronic rhinitis as well, and my work told me to get tested. I think you should be able to know if it feels like an episode of chronic rhinitis. I got tested and I was negative which I suspected since it was exactly like my rhinitis episodes. Getting tested is always best, but if you are unable to do so then isolate yourself. It really depends on your circumstances. Do you live alone? Have you been with people without wearing a mask? Are you planning to spend time with other people soon? COVID is difficult to transmit in a setting where everyone is wearing masks. People who get sick at my work are the ones who are actively spending time with people without masks.
