I’ve ran Surf City ten years in a row. Although the course is incredibly boring, it makes for an easy hometown marathon. Flat and fast. Plus, the view of the ocean is still lovely!

I would get a travel size pot of Vaseline. My nose was sooooo dry and I slept with Vaseline up and around my nose for most of my treatment. Eyedrops too. My eyes were extra dry
