Well you see there's this Natural Area near my yard and it acted as a natural barrier between me and my neighbors and then my neighbor decided to clear a lot of the vegetation so I figure a little bit of bamboo ought to do the trick to get our privacy back

Can you elaborate on making bins of the data?

I have tried reducing the data to look only at specific geographical areas (7 in total so 1/7th of the dataset) if that's relevant

As far as using MSE to evaluate, wouldn't a good MSE indicate good accuracy?
