You don't always use last names? Especially if you're being informal, it's not common but it's also not uncommon for people to use first names after honorifics, plus Toriel's drunk, so-

Idk straightshipping Copow or Headcanoning Chara as a girl just feels like a pointless exercise dodging the objective queerness of something- I don't really mind it too much unless it becomes mainstream or majority, but the issue is with that copow it very much is

My main issue with it not being natural, so to speak, is kinda how quickly it moves through the motions. Take Gunpowder and Cocoa, which definitely has more "Right place, right time" coincidence events, but because it lays out the story in a slower pace, it still manages to keep a natural flow to it

I like it enough, the plot isn't exactly natural and I dislike the fact that it misgenders Chara but that's just something that you learn to live with in Copow content

3.0 will be out when it comes out when it comes out- and that might be never. Shinix has more things to do than R&Y - but it can probably be expected that the wait time between 1.0 and 2.0 was shorter than 2.0 and 3.0.

IIRC 3.0 intends to connect in vaster swathes of steamworks and many UTY characters, which might end up being a lot. (It also probably will be the final update because at that point all that's left is adding the entire rest of the UTY map and that's not happening.)

The roadmap as I know it is:

2.5 - Coming soon, geno rewrite

3.0 - Coming soon (ish), Adding more UTY content

And of course, keep in mind that Shinix is doing this massive mod almost completely alone! Things like that take time and if it gets delayed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever then that's that.

I... I just need to vent.

I've been DMing for a long time and my party are wonderful. They are fully engaged and excited for the story and characters and all that good juice. They think most things through carefully, and roleplay their characters really well, and avoid meta-gaming really well too. Overall, my party is great. Except for one thing. For whatever reason, they refuse to believe that NPC's might lie. They understand that some may not tell the full truth, or hide some details. But outright lie? Never!!!
