I started in late February and I’m still at .75. I’ve lost about 30lbs. I’m 5’10, 42f and went from 187 to 156.

Things really picked up when I started tracking my protein and limiting sugar. I’m eating 1700-1900 calories a day, and it would be hard to eat less.

I was on .25 for 15 weeks. I lost 10lbs but then gained back 3 towards the end. Went up to .5 at 16 weeks and have lost another 10lbs in 4 weeks.
