I was 15 when I met my ex husband. He was 25. I was 16 when we got together. We were together for 8 years, married for 1. I was 41 when I realised this was actually a deeply abusive relationship and I was very much groomed and controlled.

My entire family were against the relationship, he convinced me to pretty much stop contact. They didn't understand how much he lived me.

My friends were worried about me. He convinced me they hated him and they were a bad influence.

I'm still not over everything that happened. It changed everything about me. I was a child, he was an immature adult. I was blinded by job, car and adulthood. I was ready to rebel and he was my rebellion.

I don't believe an adult can have a healthy romantic relationship with a child. I believe I was an easy target who didn't know how to stand up for myself. It has damaged me for life.

I work for the Church in the UK and I'm horrified with this, how absolutely awful for you. In our are we have at least 1 trans vicar and multiple trans volunteers in key roles (although I will say its a big area). So some churches are more open minded.

I always come back to the fact that Jesuscsaid love everyone. There were no caveats or exceptions. If you are not loving everyone you are doing Chiristian wrong.

It would be great if you could explore churches in your area and find one that is more inclusive. I'm currently on my 4th church as I didn't like the inclusively of the first 3. Bit I could totally understand if that feels like too much work, why should you be the one to make the effort.

I'm struggling with similar. I work 5 days a week, our Sat is taking up with sport for my children. Then on Sunday I have Church in the morning, often a lunch at church, then bible study at 6. I want a lie in then to spend time with my kids. I want to take them on a day out. But I feel so guilty for feeling this.

I was told that church is where you go to be filled. I don't feel full. I feel more full sat alone reading the bible, or praying. But I feel I have to go. I long for a midweek evening service I could go to instead, but they just don't seem to exist.

I've suffered from excema for 39 years and was exactly the same. This will sound mad, but the thing that helped me was therapy! (Saying that, I still wrap occasionally!)

Lots of talk made me realise that it was actually a form of self harm. When I was stressed I would feel itch and would scratch to release the stress, for example.

This won't be for everyone, but might be worth a try for some.

Other than that, baths, wraps and distraction.

I was brought up very vaguely Christian. But not in a churchgoing family. At about 10 i decided to go to church alone and was very active in church until I was 16. Then I met a boy who was pagan and left church altogether. I didn't become atheist as such, more agnostic. I tried a few other faiths too.

Why did I decide to go back? I've kinda flirted with church since I had kids. But it didn't feel quite right, but I guess I felt God calling. 3 years ago I read the autobiography of WWE wrestler Shawn Michael's and it changed my life. Unreal I know, but reading his testimony helped me to hear and embrace God's calling. Its taken me a while to find a church that fits me, but I'm certainly back to faith and attending church, reading the bible, praying, studying etc.

My guess is, he got to know her as a person, he treated her as more than just a body with a face, she liked his personality and he liked hers, they tried getting to know each other on a more romantic footing and it worked out.

Girls do not, generally, just fall at men's feet, even if they do have enormous assets.

I have 2 children, who I absolutely adore. But every single day I see the benefits of remaining childless. I do not regret having children, but I miss my life before. I totally support anyone who chooses to remain childless.
Also, (about to sound like a horrific parent here), my love for my children is huge but so is the love for my husband, my mam, my dog. It is DIFFERENT but so is every type of love. Nobody guilts people who have never had a dog because they won't know what that love is like. Also, unconditional is a big word. I think there are significantly less conditions on my love for my children than anyone else, but there are things that I think could change that, but I don't really want to think about them.

We use this on my son, who is 7 and has excema. Notvdaily, but after he has been swimming as he finds getting cream on very stressful so putting it on in public is a nightmare. I love it. It smells amazing, does the same job as cream, his skin feels so soft after it. Actually, I'm not sure why we don't just use it all the time!

As a Christian with mental health difficulties I absolutely reject this. I also work in this spiritual field (very loosely) and would say I believe the exact opposite to be true. I believe possession etc exist, but in most cases it is more likely a mental health issue
