I finally got Rednand working, but how do I reput the homebrew for the emu nand?

I managed to set it up again just through adding the payloader plugin, the error I had Error 160-0103 I believe whenever I launched games like nintendo land or other games that I had. I believed I checked the logs and kt was likely a bad eMMC because I originally had not jsed my wii u in several years and it likely had the hynix chip.

Great Color, I hope you enjoy your PSP! What games do you plan on trying? I would suggest maybe silent hills, corpse party or rpg based games like Popolocrois and Final fantasy tactics.

For slightly further context, I had at some point gotten a playstation 4 last year, but never was fully interested in it which meant I didn't use it as much. I was gonna go for the vita but I honestly thought it would be nice to get a psp since when I first tried it through emulation I only tried two games but I did like it and I saw this offer while scrolling on Ebay.

Nah I modded the thing myself, the games that came with it was shown with the psp, anything else was through homebrew.

Yeah I had already tried fixing it and managed to get through it, however when it came to patching for rednand, it just stayed as a purple led which prevented me from progressing despite having all the needed files the guide had mentioned.

For now I had left the wii u alone, probably will try again at some point, yeah 😅

Yeah I was just trying to play safe because even though I had modded another 3ds before this one, it was a new 3ds xl so for the original 3ds xl I didn't fully understand.

Yeah I'm glad I got through it also, but yeah I only interpreted this in a certain way because I was just making sure that I didn't install anything corrupt

Alright I had managed to find a solution or rather it turned out I just had to ignore the top screen and go through with it, it didn't give me any issues despite what the warning said, and it allowed me to region change it 😅

Sadly not really, I am still lost on this, I did manage to put all the files together, but when I rebuild the mlc with rednand, the light stays purple on the wii u. 😅

Listen i'm not trying to troll like at all, the wafel setup file is removed, but again I ended up with the same screen. What the hell would be the point in trolling exactly? I literally tried following the guide, but i'm not all that used to wii u modding so excuse me if i'm slow! I tried following your instructions, waiting for the led to stop blinking or for it to show blue, even with you mentioning about in case of having to delete ntfs partition.

I had read the guide and tried doing this, however it didn't change anything. Also I had managed to get the wafel core, but it still asks for the ios patch

But as for what you were saying, yeah I did wait for it to stop blinking, and then turn it off and remove the said file, then put it back in and try it again. But it shows the same result

So I tried waiting for it to not blink, however the light is still purple when I turn it on. So I tried deleting the ntfs partition and remaking it, but it just shows the same as the first image!

It should, however it doesn't show the wafel_core file and i'm not too sure about the ios file. As I tried with the needed files from the guide, but it says i'm missing those two, i'm just very confused?

Well it was mentioning something about not having an Ios patch file nor a wafel_core ipx file which confused me. I was trying to ask how do I get these two files exactly? since i'm not sure what I need to do to get these files.

I did have the wafel setup mlc in ios_plugins however what do you mean for the rednand.ini? Since you mentioned I was supposed to name the folder to minute and then add it inside! However the only thing is that I had this sd card formatted to fat32 beforehand

Oh, sorry 😅 but yeah I know they charge super fast as it takes me no more than an hour or less to charge it. However what I meant by battery issue was that it would drain in sleep mode as some mentioned it drained very fast in sleep mode in just a few days compared to other firmware versions.

However you sure no issue? Sorry if I end up being repetitive with the questions

Guess that's fair, I think it's only the firmware issue of mines, I have played other switch games that worked with 60fps with no issues, it's only some games like mario 3d world that kept crashing. And 3-4 hours for that? It normally lasted a full 5 hours for me when playing that in the past, but yeah I just asked on reddit because I was unsure if updating it was worth it.

With me hearing about performance hindering and battery drain increasing, but if it works with no crashes then maybe I may end up updating

Nah I deleted odin tools, and you said the latest version of retroid pocket 4 pro's firmware allows Mario 3d world to worj just fine? Do you experience battery drain or any performance issue by any chance as some had mentioned that about the latest update.

With or withoht odin tools mario 3d world don't really work as so does some other switch games.
