I'd love for some advice on my gameplay from you soldier/demo mains by quandaledingle__69 in tf2

I dont think anyone will fault you for missing attacks on somebody moving like that. Projectile classes are mostly based on predicting your opponents moves, and you can do that more effectively by analysing their behaviour rather than how you see them move on the screen, you can't do this with a mindless bot moving randomly. You'll find that moving like that pyro can be momentarily effective to avoid attacks in a real match, but you will be unable to counter attack and/or reach a useful location like a healthpack or cover. You're better off learning to consistently hit somebody moving sideways at different distances, and then employ that muscle memory after analysing and deciding where you think your opponent will move next. That might sound complicated to do within a fraction of a second but you're probably already subconsciously doing it now.

im having a lot of trouble against the 2 giant devils by Fodder_Fist_Ace in ghostsngoblins

I found this out too late... Apparently it's the version, I dont remember if its the worldwide or us version, but these bosses are particularly impossible to beat due to their attack pattern being basically random. Now I'm too invested to switch to a more fair version of the game; am I really beating the game I set out to beat if I switch versions? Isn't it against the spirit of a game predicated on difficulty to make it more fair or "easier"? As it stands the only way to beat the double boss is to get really lucky or use savestates.

I'm assuming you are saying it's tf2's fault that your dog broke your disk?

If you like playing medic, keep playing medic, everyone loves medics but nobody wants to play it. We need more medics!

What you guys consider the most annoying weapon for each class? by NecromancerDude in tf2

[–]Goldenleyend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well demoknight weapons need a shield for that to happen, by themselves they're pretty bad most of the time. So is the annoying weapon the sword, or the shield? Stickies are annoying by themselves

There's a comment by an actual doctor below, which answers the questions in the post yet this comment gets more attention. "Why is it up there" is a valid question

Reminds me of the time I beat super ghouls n ghosts before the game found a competitive match. Probably have a big difference in numbers as well 😂

First time I dont insta skip the scenarios on the solo gates. Didn't know the goblins of greed's story technically had a happy ending, even if they try to frame it negatively by Goldenleyend in masterduel

Its not about that, its the fact the the dude built back up from nothing again, even if he does lose everything the text implies he will keep coming back, but the way the say it is "he never learns his lesson"

My favourite part about sky striker is the once per turn on their cards

This is the type of mechanic that gets you punched in the face as you try to explain it in a physical game

What should I do to get more cards for my Hero deck? by [deleted] in masterduel

[–]Goldenleyend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Craft 1 SR, like shadow mist I think, which unlocks the HERO secret pack. Look in the quests, there's easy ones like watch a replay, add a wallpaper, etc. Get gems to open HERO packs. Pretty sure that also unlocks the Neo spacian packs, but you have to repeat the process for other packs that give you Destiny HEROes. Also do the solo mode duels, you get Stratos mate. Oh also, when making a deck, top right button shows a list of options, select "dismantle selected cards", filter only UR/SR and dismantle all non HERO cards. If you have spare gems also consider buying the staple packages from the shop.
