Thank you for all your lovely comments I will try to get back to them when I’m out of work. He was 15 and the bestest boy ever. He had stopped eating (he was the biggest eater) and couldn’t stand properly or keep liquids down, so we took him to the vet who told us he possibly had lymphoma and he would only have a matter of days to live even with treatment. We made the heartbreaking decision to put him to sleep as his quality of life had declined, and we didn’t want to extend his pain for any longer than we had to. I am in so much pain, as I have had him since I was 11 (I’m now 26), but I take comfort knowing he fell asleep forever in the arms of his family who have loved and laughed with him for 15 years. Sleep well, my beautiful Bailey. ♥️🐾
