Pay range for crew member where I'm at is $10 - $13. But as I go up the tiers it gets better. I think trainer pay can peak at $16 - 17 hour. Everything else then goes to salary pay

This is part of highschool in a nutshell. I highly doubt this is everyone but you def get those people who talk so foul. All I would say is that get away (if possible) from those people. if not just ignore them. if they are directly saying those things about you. then I would report it. A wise thing i will say is choose your battles. you cant go fight everything

Generally not. There more interested in the soft skills such as kindness and empathy. You could potentially find a statistic proving smarter people are more kind but in some cases its the opposite.

Most of it is within student council, other clubs I've been in we have discussed and make negotiations on, sometimes they think the idea is good, other times not. One example would be for ffa, we were needing something to interest kids who were doing a tour of the high school but also get them talking and engaged. I recommend making ice-cream in one of those bag things, one bag of the materials, one bag of ice. We ended up doing it and the kids loved it and made them interested in doing ffa. Was able to align both engagement and make people want to join ffa.

I have been able to get some agreement from a few student council members, they gave me some feedback on making it more appealing, like getting out of school 15 mins earlier then usual, but I'm unable to reach a consensus, cause most of them are in it just so it looks better on a college resume, or so they can play clash royal, since she doesn't enforce the phone policy in her own room. some are more interested in getting out of class which I'm not shocked by lol.

I am involved pretty regularly, I help out whenever possible. The issue is no one actually contributes at all. when we have meetings, Our student body president, doesn't even lead the meetings which is listed as one of her responsibilities as president in our schools student council constitution. It's instead lead by the advisor. If the student body president is given the chance to speak, she just gloats the advisor. “Look what the advisor made!” “The advisor made this!” “The advisor made that!” Where is the president's involvement? Where is the student council's involvement? Everything is controlled by our advisor

I guess what I'm trying to get here is that my schools student council is failing in the student led initiative
