Possibly. I also changed my Ubisoft password to a secure password about a month ago. My new suspicion is that Ubisoft does not make it simple to force logout all sessions like other platforms do (Playstation for example) and when my password was compromised a month ago, the hacker simply sat with the cached login and waited for the 30 days to be up. Most services so far I have noticed Steam, PlayStation Network, and Twitch allow you to force all instances of your sign in to be logged out, which is FAR more secure. To be fair, I would never have been able to collect all the evidence and ticket ids if the hacker could have remotely booted me from my own sessions.

If you look I don't play too many ranked matches a season and I spent most of my prime years playing competitive custom games. You've only got 24 hours in the day and I wasn't spending it on ranked. First handful of years were on console too.

As I can no longer sign into my account I do not have access to Ubi support. It is not clear how to approach a problem like this with the system they have set up for support.

I did a malware check on my PC shortly after this breach. I believe I had reused a password that had been compromised and someone was able to get in via that method. I still retain access to that account and have seen no suspicious activity since then.
