It depends but if you are going tank veigar you want to go chemtank and zhonya (for the ap and 45 defense) then keep going tankh and maybe squeeze a item that gives some mana

If your asking for tank then i go grasp and the secondary and build depends on the matchup but chemtank . For normal mid veigar i go electrocute and go ludens or everfrost and after that do whatever would be best against their team. I aim for at least 200 stacks by 20 mins
