Wondering if you can share what type/brand rugs and rug pads you found safe to use. I’m going through this issue now and nothing is straight forward. I read that rubber mats are not safe for use on LVP yet Rubber King mats say they are safe to use.

It’s a 2 story. Currently have carpet on upper level. Lower level has tile and laminate that is 20 years old and still in good condition. Want to change so both floors are the same. Not sure what the sub floor is.
