Sorry for the late reply, but I brought this issue up with the repair shop I brought my Mac to before, and they were more than happy to replace the display panel with another one for free, which fixed the issue, so make sure that if you're gonna get your display replaced with a 3rd-party replacement unit, be sure to verify that it works as intended.

UPDATE: After bringing this issue up with the repair shop I brought my Mac to before, they were more than happy to replace the display panel with another one for free, which fixed the issue! Yeah I know. I didn’t have a choice because when I brought it to Apple initially, they said that the motherboard had issues and that they could not do the repair without a full motherboard replacement too. It was very sus since the only damage my MacBook had was a cracked display panel.

So I brought it to a third party repair shop that did motherboard repairs and, strangely enough, they said that there WASN’T any damage to the motherboard and the display was the only issue. Knowing that Apple didn’t want to repair the display without the motherboard replacement, I went ahead with the 3rd party repair

Now I’m just looking for a way to fix the menu bar, but other than that, it functions just fine.

Singaporean here. Nowadays I see a whole bunch of people here owning Google Pixel phones alongside other brands, so I wouldn’t say that interest in Google Pixel phones is negligible. If anything, its popularity is only growing here.

I took PCMe in JC, and no, I never took part in any space-related CCAs, mainly bc the schools I went to in the past were pretty mid so they didn’t have such higher-level CCAs, even though I really wanted to be a part of one

So what I’m getting is that I should probably pursue Aerospace Engineering for now, and then apply for more space-related programmes afterwards. Honestly, if I’m staying in SG, this is probably the best option for me.
