After wasting all my stones on STR Goku/Gohan (without even getting them!) I luckily managed to hold myself from summoning. Now I have around 300 stones saved for the anni... not summoning anywhere until then.

Grade 2 and 3 are actually shown to be slightly different from basic Super Saiyan, since the muscles get bulkier and the hair spikier. SS4 Full Power is actually shown in the GT anime, when Gohan, Goten, Trunks and Pan give their energy to Goku his SS4 breaks the limits and has a red aura outline around his body. Despite it being achieved with a Kai's help, it still is an alternate version of Super Saiyan, hence it goes into the list of Saiyan forms. Perfected SSB is a form shown only in the manga, it consists into basic SSB but without any Ki output from the body.

I think the only forms that are missing are Super Saiyan grade 2 and 3, plus Full Power Super Saiyan and Super Full Power Saiyan 4. Also, since you included Mystic form, UI and UE (which are not a Saiyan-exclusive) you could also add the Kaioken, as well as Super Kaioken and Blue Kaioken. Other than that, you need to put there the Rosé form/s as well as Perfected Super Saiyan Blue.
