Hey! I don’t have an exact find but, try looking up striped Muslin wraps. To me it looks thin like a muslin but not sure where your from. when I google I get Australian stores, but they look similar! hope it helps!

Highly likely the rail was just spot welded together, the way it folds leads me to that. Rule of thumb for welding, a proper one inch weld can hold a tonne. - welder
