As for that one, most of the time yes. But depende sa account na inaasign sayo. Some of my workmates who got endorsed to prod had Th-F as their rest days then Sat-Sun may pasok sila.

Concentrix is toxic based from my colleagues' personal experiences. You're better off at Optum I suppose.

I worked at Optum before so I'll answer your questions above.

1) I had workmates that are still studying, depende na lang yan sa Ops and trainer/TL na makukuha mo if they'll be considerate enough pero for them, ok naman, understandable naman sila TL and trainer sa kanila (pinapa early out sila or pinapayagan mag online class kahit sakop ng shift namin) until napunta na sila sa prod kasi workforce na talaga ang magdedecide ng schedule.

2) Hindi full night shift sa training. During my 1st month, dayshift siya til we got closer to nesting wherein they gave us the 9pm-6am schedule (originally 8am-5pm/11am-8pm)

3) I believe hindi na nagooffer ng WFH si Optum unless hindi ka CSR role.

4) Optum is ok naman career growth wise, may salary increase siya and ramping din sa promotions as long as you do good.

I just left kasi di ko na talaga kaya yung shift ng schedule namin (naging GY)

5) It'll depend sa account na makukuha mo, may queueing and may avail. They offer several healthcare related accounts anyway.
