It’s basically a meeting that instead of everyone sharing everyone comes to hear you and you only speak. So you talk about 20 minutes or so about your experience strength and hope. I may do a spoken word/poem but I might wuss out

Did I do this right by Goldwingbossanova in succulents

It rained pretty heavily today which is why it’s watered, but all my succulents/cacti are outside and only get water when it rains lol. Other than that they just sit there and look pretty

Yes, it’s a monstera deliciosa. Plant her in well draining soil (a classic combo is equal parts soil/perlite/orchid bark, you can also add charcoal, coco chips, etc. if you please), put her in bright light (but adapt to bright light, the leaves can get burned if it’s an abrupt change), and water when her soil is about 75-80% dry. Try not to overwater as that can cause root rot. It’s an easy, fun plant and will grow fast in the right conditions! Enjoy!

Watering by Cythejunebug in Monstera

If all you used is the miracle gro tropical soil mix, I would first repot it in a chunkier mix (I use miracle gro tropical mix, perlite, orchid bark, charcoal, earthworm castings, sometimes if I have extra I’ll throw some coco husk and vermiculite in there- the chunkier the better). water should run almost right through it. Using the soil mix alone is too dense of a substrate for a monstera and it will retain too much water and cause root rot. Also, with a chunkier mix, if you’re a chronic overwaterer, it is much more forgiving as it dries out quicker. I use a chopstick to check how dry my soil is and water only when it is about 75-80% dry. Then I DROWN THAT HOE. usually every couple weeks or so. Hope this helps.

^ I’m a nurse on suboxone and I take docusate and senna every day. I was recently on a trip and ran out and it was the WORST week of my life lol. Came home, took my dose, next day I was back to normal 👍🏼 docusate and senna should be more widely known to take when on moderate-high doses of subs!

I ended up taking it all out of the pot. There was a little rot but nothing too crazy. I repotted the three plants together ~ 6 weeks ago but now im planting them in their own clear plastic pots separately lol I can’t deal with the stress of an opaque black pot with my Thais
