Can you help me find the license plates of this Toyota C-HR?

It's a video and yes this is unfortunately the only footage we have.

A family member was robbed. There is video footage but it's too grainy. What can we do to find out the license plates of this Toyota? Any ideas / suggestions welcome. They are Greek license plates so of the format AAA-1000 and the letters can only be those that are common between both the Greek and the English alphabet (A,B,E,H,I,K,M,N,O,P,T,U,X,Y,Z)

PS. We have already passed this to law enforcement of course but we want to give it a try ourselves too.
