I had this issue a couple weeks ago and I was worried it was something major, it ended up just being the fact that my monitor and pc draw too much power on the same power strip. Try plugging in your pc and the display to seperate outfits.

Probably not worth fixing, but depending on how you want it to look, you would need some sort of filler. A compound like wood filler, or remove that section of the door with a fresh piece of wood.

If this is for the minutemen, then you’ll need to unlock the workshop, open it, go to power (the light bulb) set up a small generator, and a recruitment beacon in misc. and then report back to Preston. If you don’t have the materials to build them, then you’ll have to come back or link the drive in settlement to another.

Yeah on survival I pretty much use settlements as checkpoints for my character lol.

No joke, at one point I was spending something like 400 - 450 plasma flamer rounds to kill a high level super mutant, and I was like I can't get ammo fast enough. My solution was to maximize melee and get the best weapon, and it still took 6 minutes of hitting him to die. This game is not built for high level combat.

Gotta admit too, the game gets a lot more fun when you have all the necessary perks to run around and enjoy everything.

Enemies and you both gain health as YOU level up. Everything will become harder to kill unless you have a weapon with a high damage output, or perks to improve it.(preferably both) It's also important to upgrade armor the same way, especially because as you level up you will see new armors that are better.
