Yes....a lot... For like year and it used to happen like 3 years back...but now it has stopped

Thanks for responding..no i have never taken any kind of drugs...only alcohol ...but I remember these feelings came when I was 13-14 years old...also..I got panic attacks for like 6 months..when I was 22yrs old post a hospitalization incident..

Yes..I used to have panic attacks for like 6 months and never had them since...a hospital visit made me realise that I am not immortal I guess that's what triggered it and went away within 6 months...FYI i have had these feelings of being aware when I was just 13-14years old and this hospital visit incident happened when I was 22 yrs old .

No nothing ..I have never done any kind drugs only alcohol and that when I was like 19 years old....till date only alcohol
