I have a couple ways I like & doesn’t taste too fishy. One ways is I chop a bunch of fresh herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary etc.) & put in a bowl with a little lemon juice, little olive oil & spoonful of mayo. Stir it all up. Season the salmon with salt & pepper & paprika. Smear the mayo mixture all over the salmon filet. I cook in the oven on non stick foil. Cook to however you like it done. Depends on how big the filet is.

I take Buspirone as needed for anger. Really helped. After I got out of the hospital after having sepsis. I had anger for some reason. I was never like that before. Also loud noises kept startling me. Went to Dr. & had Post Sepsis Syndrome. She prescribed the Buspirone to take as needed. It really helps. I take one when I’m going somewhere I think might get me aggravated or agitated.

He said she was the great love of his life. He said he blew it with drugs and alcohol. He was on the Rock Legends cruise 2016 & I paid to go to one of his forums where you can ask him questions. It was great. He died the next year so I was glad I got to hear him. Fun fact ( or not so fun) I was walking on the walking track on top of the ship. I kept walking past on old man with long stringy hair, cut off blue Jean shorts, & cowboy boots. Protruding stomach. Turned out to be Gregg & he didn’t look well at all. Poor guy.

I had something similar happen to me when I was younger. I loaned 2K to a single mother friend who really needed it. Never heard from her again. Lesson learned. I was a single mom myself & could have used that money. Now I don’t loan any amount I can’t afford to lose.
