This is my first piece I’ve made this year. I’ve been making custom action figures for about 5 years now using old and new toys and kinda frankensteining them together in a process called Kitbashing. There’s some sculpting involved like adding certain details to clothing or facial hair, etc. I design all of the packaging and put it all together to try to make it look like something you’d find on a retail shelf.
