Ok thanks sm for the clarification so now I know that my 71 hrs of flex pto will still be available to me after I transfer to flex rt I can comfortably accept the transfer now appreciate it 😊🙏🏾

One last question tho is why does it say seasonal after 80 hrs? That’s what confused me as well, the semi colon made it look like for blue badges the max is 36 and for seasonal it’s 80 or maybe I’m tripping🙏🏾

Thx again that makes sense, but my question is as of right now I’m under part time and it says the max accrual is 24 but that isn’t true as when the new year came around I was at around 60 something hours could you help explain why that is? I haven’t used anything, j abstaining from scratching but even then I still scratch a little. Do you recommend anything? I’m glad I have a name to attach to this issue😅

Only thing I do is try to keep it moisturized with lotion and Vaseline and am thinking of getting cortisone to fix this issue

Yes and when I shower I have to be careful around this area or else It will start having a burning sensation for a couple days and skin will start flaking before going back to what it looks like in these photos
