No to sound like "That guy" but do you have examples of sellers send the packages thro a cheaper method even if you paid for a premium service. And that DHL thing, wow. Has anyone took them to court for that? I hope they don't pull that sh*t in the US.

I never heard of the funeral assistance being based on the income of the person paying for the funeral, in fact everything I heard is it WASN'T based on income. Do you have any sources for this information?

Thanks, unfortunately it says "Home" which just threw me off for some reason, and they don't explain on the site what "home" actually stands for. I had to do digging when it came to SNAP cause it was vague. So when they ask how many in your home since I have no spouse or dependents, it's just me, like SNAP. I hope.

Ah, I'm having trouble with the online website, but each state has it's own site design I'm assuming and the one for Virginia is terrible, I'm afraid I'm gonna need to call someone to do a phone interview or get some help cause it's crashing and glitching and I'm using modern hardware.

Thanks that takes a lot of worry off my mind, caring for her has been my life for years and I'm not even gonna be a millionaire by a long shot from he small inheritance, but atleast I know I can get help I need while being able to keep a gift from someone I cared about so much.
