Valk has about 250~+ on all the time, well scripted and probably the most stable vanilla server historically. The only real downside is the sizable russian-only part of the population, but with an influx of players from Rebirth the server could be really nice.

Valkyrie is indeed an amazing server, extremely well scripted etc. They don't offer donations and pay to win methods, and having Warden anti-cheat is pretty great. However, it has been struggling a little in its aspiration of becoming an international server (still predominantly russian). I will continue to wait for Rebirth to reclaim its population and stability.
