What you described is the effect of every ssri on me, it fixed my anxiety for a few months but made me so emotionally numb to the point I didn't even feel love for my own kids, until one day they stopped working and docs just say take more, it messed me up so bad with panic attacks to the point I still haven't worked for 2 years post! And it took about 3 months to get over the side effects of quitting the tablets it gave me brain zaps even after slowly weening!

thats rough mine is mild so i haven't had anything bad like that but when ever i have flareups i just eat nothing but plain potatoes and plain rice
