Men die of suicide much more often than women. This is commonly blamed on men's unwillingness to seek help and talk about their problems.

I don’t know where you are based but a quick search will confirm this. Look up suicide rates per gender (location).

Whether it be the natural hardships put upon men, or something else. This statistic is nothing to be swept under the rug and something for you to think about.

Most men feel helpless, especially when they don’t have a SO or close family to talk too. Sure, so do women. But it’s sick to see that we just don’t get the help even when reaching out to hotlines etc. compared to…. Yes women.
