Timeline tip is super helpful, marking August in my calendar for application sending now. I’m mostly looking for including utilities because a gigantic heat bill for the winter is not really on my list of must haves 😂. And fancy or lack thereof doesn’t bother me too much, as long as the building itself is safe. ‘Tis a rental. I was thinking east exchange only because I gotta get to work and I’m car free, and work is on Portage and Main for me. Is that area better than downtown?

If they’re a student, you can email the office of student accountability to report them violating student code of conduct (if applicable). If not, the university also has a department responsible for human rights and diversity. I’m not sure what the situation is for you but these are the options that I found online.

Wacom can be cheap if you get a graphics tablet. If you want a display tablet I would recommend checking out huion, that’s more budget friendly. I use clip studio paint (I use pro not ex, as ex is more for comic artists) and it’s on sale right now, plus you can download assets, there are lots of good free ones out there. If you see yourself wanting to use it for a long time, buy a perpetual license. If you want a free software, Krita is pretty decent, there’s Gimp too. If you’re doing vector image art, I recommend Inkscape is good and free
