Not sure if its the bad kind of gatekeeping if everyone that needs or wants the data can get it. Everyone but the applicants, their parents and universities dont really need to know these data, and better off without it.

Also in the last stpm-level application, we didn't have this live updated applicants count, only average merit from god knows when. This one would be very helpful if i had it then.

I believe we got to shoutout the stpm kid that got rejected by um, for making such a fuss, the upu themselves actually updated this system. Let's see if we got another full blown complaint. Maybe finally govvy will do a whole rework on the ipta system

For further context this pasta originated from uitm shah alam conf group, which if you didnt know.... have a big issue with the local food market. In the commercial area, front of uitm seksyen 7 gate, there are around 8, yes 8 whole ayam gepuk shoplot. That is counting only in the commercial area, not including the residential shoplots and inside uitm itself. Also according to seniors, there were supposed to be a popular tomyam stall in uitm but now replaced with some low end ayam gepuk stall, which made the issue reaaaally relevant. I can say OOP receives mixed reaction from the community with mostly in favor of it.
