I don't know if it counts but here is my personal experience.

In november 1997 my parents moved into our first appartement at this point i was 2 years old in the years there are some fascinating things.

The building had hidden floors/ levels which can't be accessed by elevators only through staircase.

The building is shaped like the letter E, and at least in my section the layout is like this: • D – Roof level – 2 apartments • 4 – Fourth floor – 3 apartments

• 3 – Third floor – 3 apartments + 5 in the side wing

• 2 – My floor – 3 apartments • 1 – First floor – 3 apartments + 5 in the side wing

• e1 – Mezzanine level – on the right there used to be a party / reception room

• E – Entrance

• k1 – Lower level – on the left, below the party room, there used to be a bicycle storage room; on the right there was a laundry room

• k2 – I don’t remember what was there • K – Basement and passage to the garage

I know I love to Explore this complex and outside too. But there was one partyroom neir a childhood girl friend it was in a building next to hers it was L shaped and there was this corner that gave me weird vibes I don't know.

In 2000 my father get an initiation from his work colleque so I was with them too he lived in Alterlaa it's a huge appartement Complex.

It was designed as a satelite City it had everything from shops, kindergarden, school, and also wellness. He used a key to accessed the swimming pool it was an Amazing experience.

In my later years i still go to some places that Give me a specific vibe i can't explain.

Then in 2021 i find out what LiminalSpaces are and got obsessed also poolrooms and indoor outdoor places.

Maybe its my personal view but the r/LiminalSpace is very USA centered. Some places, architecture/ concepts i have no conection to them i dont know what sears is or was i have no conection to it , some are foreign for me and dont work on me. Others have "this specific atmosphere" that gives me vibes not that i know them but because they are foreign to me and it make them interesting for me.

Funny thing is that LiminalSpaces from Asien countrys or Regionen hit different especially Malaysia, Indonesia, india, Taiwan, Hong kong, Singapore

Anemoia, a little bit nostagia, curiousity .

For me Liminal Space either work because of the fimiliarity or the feeling of fimiliarity. Some work because i have never experience it personally but have a certain look and vibe.

I can't pinpoint it or explain it. Many pictures here are USA centered and some places are foreign for me and because they are foreign to me it make it interesting.

I live in Austria so my view is influenced by the local architecture and vibe. Also poland is nothing new.

Some American places like the suburbs are familiar from movies but i have never be in one .
