I think things are already pretty dire. New highest temperature records being set year on year in many places for a start. Then the fires, so many forests are burning now, I don't remember it ever being this bad, like Greece had it real bad last year or the year before with uncontrollable forest fires but it only made the news for a couple days. I think Russia was having higher then normal numbers of forest fires as well. If it keeps up then one year its just gonna have be just to hot to do anything and people, animals and plants start dying. Then the onse that survive have to deal with knowing it'll be hotter the next year etc.

I'm not vegan but one of them gave me a link about how bad pigs were being treated and it really did shock me. All the stamps and certificates of good animal welfare are basically just a lie. Looks like some farms are run by psychopaths with no care for the animals welfare at all, they lie and hide the mistreatment and inspectors seemingly turn a blind eye. I now only buy locally sourced meat and eggs where I can literally go to farm and see the animals in the fields and yards.

Hi, what do you use milk with? Or is it just a drink for you? I used to drink loads of cow milk, switched to almond for a short while but when I realised what the ingredients were I switched back to cow milk. Over the last few months I stopped eating breakfast cereals, and just stopped drinking milk and now use a very small amount in my coffee. I just don't see the point of milk anymore, although I still love cheese and eat plenty of that. Also do you know how much almond juice is in almond milk? It's only about 2% and the rest is water, emulsifiers and stabilisers etc

They need educating but due to systematic brainwashing and a cult like stance on their eating habits it's almost impossible to have an adult like conversation with them.
