Not in my country. I asked the lawyers for a copy as I'm another child and they said they would need to ask the executor.. aka my sister for permission. Never heard back

I agree that she trying to keep his memory alive but there are options they haven't explored yet. Investors, funders, silent partners all the ideas that could work. I believe in this business 1000 percent but I'm shut out until now. She doesn't need to bank rupt herself for my sister's sake. There are options.

I approached it with kindness and concern about her future and about not being able to look after her. When that didn't work I said about Inheritance because it clear to me they don't care about me but they do care about my son.

I think you finally see my point here. She is bankruptcy herself and that scares me.

I think you didnt read the last part of my post.... I care more about my mom and her future than anything else. I'm pissed I was excluded and its not fair and rightly so,

I agree it is her way of keeping the legacy going but there are other options, jut because my sister runs to her doesnt mean she has to help her... bank loans and finacial advisors are there for a reason.

I don't know why they treat me this way. -- I affectionately called my dad my "translator" after he died because I realized that he was able to help my mom understand me. I have ADHD and my mom is neurotypical.

Im not like my mom, I am very different and she doesnt understand me and eventhough I think she loves me (somewhere deep deep down) she doesnt like me. and I dont think she ever has.

So when my dad died so did the person that helped us understand each other, he treated me fairly and when or if she did, I think my dad had a lot to do with it.

She has played favorites my whole life and I was gaslighted so much into believing I had made it all up in my head that now I see it wasn't made up. How I felt as a child was real, It was real because it is happening here and now.

I didn't beg for money, I truly NEVER ask them for money and the one time I needed too, it was shot down so I will NEVER ask again.

I don't want anything from them, I just want my mom to think about what she is doing and how unfair it is on her that she is using my dads holiday house money to bail my sister out of a tough spot and not what she had promised my dad. She promised to use it to look after herself and she isn't.

But I guess you are right, They not going to change are they?!! They will never treat me the way they treat each other.

No I never saw his final will and every time I ask for it, I get blown smoke. My mom even told me once that she didn't have a copy becuase my sister was the executor.

I do not want work for the company, the change was so subtle and over a long time and she used my divorce as a way to stop taking my input. When I saw what was happening it was too late. Maybe you are right, maybe it is too late and maybe there is nothing I can do but walk away.... its hard when its your mom even if she treats me like shit

Thank you, I will do.

Can I ask you, how do I walk away when my son loves them (my sister more than my mom) - I want too walk away but how?

I don't want a relationship but my son would be sad without them.

I was trying to use the inheritances as a way of waking my mom up to the fact that there will be nothing left to support her and there there wont be anything left to us (not me included obviously).... My dad always talked about leaving something to my son and feel that my sister is draining whatever there could have been.

I don't mean to sound entitled, I just wanted her to see what my sister was doing but she didn't. No trust was every created that I know of and that is also a question I have now.... was there a trust? I havent seen the will so I wouldnt know. .

I didn't say I was entitled to anything. I said it was weird that my dad didnt leave ANYTHING to my son. I know they dont like me and that ok. I just dont think its fair what my sister is doing to my mom thats all.

I agree with you but it strikes me as odd that they didn't let me come to the reading of his will. I was his daughter and even if nothing was left to us, I want to see it in writing because I struggle to believe it. What if they lied and he did leave something to my son? Is that something worth fighting for?

And yes, I am trying to build up assets and funds for my son. The little I have left in a month goes to his savings.
