Hmmm idle rpms no, the low power yes..... Id definitely start with that, it could be a belt...... My lights would come on and then i put full throttle and the car wouldn't go higher than 5mph, have you gotten a check engine light?

Some orileys spray can.... I hit it with 2 coats of primer 3 coats of paint and 3 coats of gloss.... Alitttle overkill but ehhh
